FAMILY REGISTRATION: $35.00 Discount for Family Members living in the same household (NON-REFUNDABLE)

ANNUAL DANCE SHOWCASE PARTICIPATION FEE: $35.00 Per Family.

*The tuition above applies to classes that meets for 45 minutes to 1-hour.

**FAMILY DISCOUNT: Second child in the same household that enrolls in classes receives a 5% monthly 

tuition discount, and the third child receives a 10% monthly tuition discount.

PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS

Private Dance Lessons are 1-hour in length.  All prices include space rental costs.  Up to 2 students are permitted for any private lesson.

1- class – $50.00/per hour up to $90.00 per/hour

5- classes – $200.00

10- classes – $450.00

INTRODUCTORY DANCE CLASS

First time students can contact us to set up a $15.00 Introductory Dance Class.  Each additional Dance Class "sampled" is an extra $15.00.  

If a student register for the class, the fee is applied towards the class tuition for that month.

RHYTHM STORM DANCE TEAM FEES

Fees will be discussed prior to audition preliminaries.

$85.00 / Monthly Per Person

GENERAL POLICIES

Monthly tuition is due the 1st of each month.  We do not send out monthly bills, nor do we provide auto-draft.  A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed after the 7th of the month.  If tuition is not paid any given month, the student will not be allowed to participate in any further classes until tuition and late fees are paid in full.

 

REFUND POLICY: Refund policy is based on the first class applicable to your registration and applies to tuition only (Registration fee, credit card fees, and Spring Dance Showcase fees are non-refundable) and is as follows: In-person and online class refund - 90% after the first class, 70% after the second class, there is no refund after third class. 

 

RETURNED CHECK AND/OR DECLINED CARD POLICY 

There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks and card declined fee for any credit/debit transaction that does not go through.

Registration fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.

There will be no prorating or refunds given due to missed classes.  Missed classes can be made up in another appropriate level class.

 

HOLIDAYS & STUDIO BREAKS

When the studio is closed for holidays, or studio breaks related to school breaks that’s part of the Rockdale County Schools System, please be assured that you are NOT over paying tuition in those situations.  Your tuition is based on a flat monthly rate with an average of 4 weeks per month.  When a 5th week month occurs, the extra lesson will balance out with the holidays and studio breaks months resulting in a free class for your child.  Any month with more than 28 days will always have four weeks and a portion of another. 

 

WITHDRAWING POLICY: You must complete a drop form thirty-days prior to your upcoming tuition payment.  You will be responsible for the next payment if you do not give a thirty-day written notice.  See our REFUND POLICY above regarding tuition only fees.  

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Rhythm Elements will cancel classes when we have to close due to inclement weather.

 

COMMUNICATION

Rhythm Elements Dance Studio wants our parents and students to be as informed as possible.  Please read all emails and notes sent home with your dancer.  Email is the quickest and most efficient form of communication we have with our parents and, if need be, we will send you a text message.  ALWAYS respond to messages so that we know you received them.  Your email address will be used for studio business purposes only and will stay confidential.  We do not share emails with any third party.  We post updates on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well.  Like us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/rhythmelementsdancestudio/
