Tuition

REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 per individual (NON-REFUNDABLE).

FAMILY REGISTRATION: $35.00 - Family members living in the same household.  (NON-REFUNDABLE)

ANNUAL SHOWCASE PARTICIPATION FEE: Varies depending on the type of production.

                                     INTRODUCTORY DANCE CLASSES (New Students Only!)

                                         Try out a dance class of your choice for only $15.00.  If you 

                                   register for the class, the $15.00 is applied towards your first month tuition. 

                                             

                                                      ACTING CLASSES (Stage and On-Camera)

                                                                   $85.00/per month per person

GENERAL POLICIES

​Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed after the 7th of the month.  If tuition is not paid any given month, the student will not be allowed to participate in class until tuition and late fees are paid in full. 

 

REFUND POLICY

A full refund (minus the registration fee) will be provided if you choose to withdraw within the first 3 weeks of classes.  After the 3-week grace period, refunds will only be considered for medical reasons (with a doctor’s note) or if the family relocates more than 15 miles away from the studio (with proof of new address).

 

RETURNED CHECK AND/OR DECLINED CARD POLICY

There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks and card declined fee for any credit/debit transaction that does not go through.

 

MISSED CLASSES

There will be no prorating or refunds given due to missed classes.  Missed classes can be made up in another appropriate level class.

HOLIDAYS & STUDIO BREAKS

When the studio is closed for holidays, or studio breaks related to school breaks that’s part of the Rockdale County Schools System, please be assured that you are NOT overpaying tuition in those situations.  Your tuition is based on a flat monthly rate with an average of 4 weeks per month.  When a 5th week month occurs, the extra lesson will balance out with the holidays and studio breaks months resulting in a free class for your child.  Any month with more than 28 days will always have four weeks and a portion of another.

WITHDRAWING POLICY

You must complete a drop form thirty-days prior to your upcoming tuition payment.  You will be responsible for the next payment if you do not give a thirty-day written notice.  See our REFUND POLICY above regarding tuition only fees.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of inclement weather, the studio may close during this time for your safety.  Should the studio be closed due to weather or emergencies, information regarding the closing will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram page.  Text messages will also be sent to parents and adult students.

COMMUNICATION

Rhythm Elements Dance Studio wants our parents and students to be as informed as possible.  Please read all emails and notes sent home with your dancer.  Email is the quickest and most efficient form of communication we have with our parents and, if need be, we will send you a text message.  ALWAYS respond to messages so that we know you received them.  Your email address will be used for studio business purposes only and will stay confidential.  We do not share emails with any third party.  We post updates on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well.  Like us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/rhythmelementsdancestudio/
