Altivola Theatre Ensemble
MISSION
To bring theatre, film, and webisodes in a single unified vision of storytelling of the highest caliber that enriches our communities, fundamentally change peoples lives for the better, and help us become stronger together.
In 2014, Altivola Ensemble Theatre was formed with the purpose of producing three types of work: Plays, Musicals and On-Camera.
Stage production is based on classic dramas, original new plays and musicals that both entertain and challenge its audiences. Films range from short films to animation that explores the human condition on various levels. In addition, we produce a series of webisodes, staged readings and playwright talk-backs throughout the year.
The ensemble is made up of emerging and professional actors.
Company members work collaboratively to bring together youth and adults to feature stories that engages the community, and inspire and attract audiences of all ages.
YOUTH / ADULT ACTING CLASSES
Everyone has to start somewhere. Budding actors ages 7 years old to adult can explore acting classes for fun, or take classes to lay the foundation for a professional Show Biz career.
We provide training in scene study, script analysis, monologues, cold reading, improvisation, musical theatre, film, and television. Theatre classes will culminate in a special performance. Private coaching is available in acting, audition grooming, dance, and voice.

PLEASE NOTE: The CARES Act Expands Tax Deductions for Charitable Giving. Congress included a provision in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, P.L. 116-136, intended to provide some relief for charitable organizations. Section 2204 of the CARES Act permits eligible individuals who do not itemize deductions to deduct $300 of qualified charitable contributions as an "above-the-line" deduction, i.e., as an adjustment in determining adjusted gross income (AGI), for tax years beginning in 2020.
-
The stimulus legislation lifts the existing cap on annual contributions for itemizers from 60 percent of adjusted gross income (AGI) to 100 percent of AGI for contributions beginning in 2020.
